We are currently recruiting for an experienced Resourcing Coordinator to join our small office team in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.

Being a Resourcing Coordinator involves:
Using our establishment and business data to identify recruitment needs
Liaise with our business development team to identify new recruitment needs in line with new referrals and placements
Place adverts, complete CV searches and utilise social media to maximise visibility of our vacant posts to the market
Monitor and track all applications to ensure they have an efficient path to employment with Transparent Care
Arrange and set up interviews
Liaise with Area Managers & Managers to support the employee recruitment process
Undertaking reference requests & processing DBS applications
Ensuring recruitment is compliant with the Health and Social Care Act and associated forms are completed ready for CQC inspection.
Preparing contracts of employment
Preparing Personal files & maintaining their compliance or CQC compliance
Providing reports for payroll, finance and the operational team
Producing reports for monthly board reports and regular progress meetings
Sending out compliance reports to the business
Liaising with recruitment agencies to support short term business needs or specialist recruitment
Oversee our clocking in system and ensure all relevant information is process appropriately
Providing general administration to support the HR function
